Why this newsletter exists (and what you actually get)

Hey friend,

I have written code for 18 years. I have shipped almost nothing of my own.

That is the honest starting line. Not a 6-figure exit. Not a framework I want to sell you. A developer who could always build the thing, and kept getting stuck on everything that was not building. The marketing. The launching. The telling-strangers-I-made-something part.

This newsletter is the live log of me trying to change that.

What this is not

If you want a growth-hack thread, close this now. If you want a polished playbook from someone who already made it, close this too. If you want the actual road, with the problems and the numbers when I have them, stay.

I am writing this partly because I need it. Writing forces me to finish things and say them out loud, which is exactly the muscle ADHD makes hard. So you get a running log, not a retrospective from someone standing on the mountain.

What lands in your inbox

Every other week, one email. Around a 4-minute read. Three things, roughly:

  1. The build log. What I am actually working on right now [BookSync, and whatever else is eating my week]. The decision, the problem, the number when there is one.
  2. ADHD, no system. I do not have it figured out. But when a trick actually holds up for a founder brain, you get it. Never "just use a planner".
  3. Learning out loud. I am learning the SaaS and marketing side in real time. You get what I am testing, plus links to the things worth reading.

No spam. No "this will change your life". The hard part was never the code, so I will not pretend it was.

Why every other week

Because I would rather show up twice a month for years than post daily for three weeks and vanish. The data backs it, but honestly it is just the truth about how a founder brain and a real product schedule collide. The rhythm you can hold beats the one that looks good on a landing page.

So here is the question I keep asking myself, and now I am asking you: can you afford another year of building everything except the thing?

If any of this lands, the building, the getting-stuck, the ADHD tax on shipping, subscribe. First real issue drops in two weeks.

It compounds. But only if you keep showing up.

See you in the trenches.

Marcin
