The problem

ADHD brains capture tasks in a hundred places and lose them just as fast. Most to-do apps assume one timer, one focus, one neat list — but real work means juggling several things at once, each with its own clock ticking. The friction of switching apps and re-finding a task is where the plan falls apart.

The solution

planSync is built ADHD-first: capture a task in a keystroke, then run several visual countdown timers side by side so nothing silently slips. List and kanban triage when you need structure, offline-first storage so it works anywhere, and two-way sync so the same tasks and timers follow you across every device.

How it works

  1. Capture fast — drop a task from the side panel, full tab, or a floating widget that lives on any page
  2. Run parallel timers — start multiple visual countdowns at once; on iOS they surface on the Dynamic Island and lock screen
  3. Triage — flip between list and kanban to sort what matters now from what can wait
  4. Sync everywhere — the same tasks and timers stay in lockstep across Chrome, iOS/Android, and web, offline-first

Key features

  • Parallel visual timers — several countdowns running at once, each clearly visible, no hidden state
  • Frictionless capture — side panel, full tab, and an <all_urls> floating pinned-timer widget (bullet / list / bar modes)
  • List ⇄ kanban triage — two views of the same tasks for fast reprioritization
  • Offline-first sync — works offline; two-way sync keeps every device current
  • Cross-platform — one app for iOS + Android, plus Chrome and web

Platforms

One shared sync-engine, multiple clients: a Chrome extension (the most complete surface today), a mobile app for iOS + Android, and a web app. Part of the booksync.link product family.

Current status

In active development — Chrome extension is the shipped surface; mobile (iOS/Android) and web are the active build-out.
